❄️ Frozen Shipping All cakes/cookies are shipped cold and or frozen to lock in freshness and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your cakes/cookies will thaw beautifully once received — simply leave them at room temperature for the best experience.
🚚 Shipping Time Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping takes 2 business days after your processing period is complete.
📅 Shipping Days Cakes.fyi ships Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship Friday through Sunday to ensure your cold/frozen order does not sit in a carrier facility over the weekend.
Weather can and will affect your delivery:
- Warm Weather: Cakes, Cookies, and Bakery items ship without ice packs. Track your package and try to bring it inside promptly. If they arrive warm, they’re still safe and delicious.
- Cold Weather: Shipping delays may occur due to weather or holiday volume. Cold temps won’t hurt the cakes, cookies, and bakery items - just let them come to room temp or warm them up before enjoying.
